Leonard in Paris

To be young, poor, and living in a Paris garret in the 1960s was an incomparable experience. To be studying with a master, Etienne Decroux, this was a gift. Full of exaltation and utter misery, these few photos give a hint of "ma vie à Paris."

There's one additional photo here of me because I have nowhere else to put it. It's the last one. I was a student of graphic design at The Art Center in Los Angeles in 1960. I'm sitting in my room working on a project. Notice on the wall behind me, Chaplin and Laurel & Hardy. Portents of things to come.
